At BX4 Fitness, we coach the student-athlete in efficient running, acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, and lateral movement mechanics. Continuous training on these core fundamentals establishes an essential base for increasing an athlete’s speed and reaction response. These techniques will be used each training session to create muscle memory until they become second nature for the athlete. And the best part? We make it fun!
